Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports is a 5centsCDN feature that automatically generates and delivers CDN usage reports to your inbox on a schedule you define — daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as a one-time export. Instead of logging into the dashboard every time you need usage data, the report comes to you.
What data does it cover?
Each report covers your CDN resource usage across Live Streams, Push Zones, and Pull Zones. You can report on all resources under your account or filter down to a specific zone or stream.
Reports include 25 usage metrics across the following categories:
- Traffic & Delivery — Bandwidth, Bandwidth Cached, Requests, Hits, Unique Visitors
- Storage — Disk usage
- Efficiency — Caching Efficiency, Bandwidth Efficiency
- Processing — Transcode Minutes, Record Minutes, Encode Minutes
Each metric also includes a deviation value (σ) — a comparison against a prior period — so you can immediately see how usage has shifted over time without doing the math yourself.
Reports are available in Human Readable format for straightforward review, or Raw Format for detailed analysis and data exports.

How does it work?
You configure a report once — selecting the service, resources, format, and schedule — and the system generates and emails it to you automatically at each interval. Each run is stored in the dashboard under Report Runs, where you can review any past report or export it as a CSV at any time.

What’s coming next
Scheduled Reports is an actively developed feature. The current version covers core CDN usage metrics across bandwidth, storage, processing, and delivery efficiency.
Upcoming versions will expand the depth and flexibility of reports — including additional data columns, smarter scheduling controls, and more delivery options. As new capabilities are released, they will be reflected here and in the product changelog.

Pricing
Scheduled Reports is available as an add-on for $10/month per report slot. Each active scheduled report (daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) uses one slot. One-time reports also use a slot while active. Additional slots can be purchased from your dashboard as needed.
