The transcoded video file is invalid, Why?

Please check the following conditions

In the case of auto transcoding, We will be supporting the following file extensions only ‘avi’,’m4v’,’mkv’,’mov’,’mp4′,’mpeg’,’mpg’,’webm’,’wmv’. Kindly double-check the source file extension.
If any issue with the transcoding server, the transcoding may stop without completion. So you can delete the transcoded file from the file manager and re-transcode the same.
