The Scheduled Report<\/strong> feature allows users to automatically generate CDN usage reports based on selected services, filters, and time intervals. This helps in monitoring traffic, analyzing performance, and maintaining records without manual effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Scheduled Report<\/strong> feature is available under the Tools<\/strong> section in the CDN dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on Schedule new report for creating a new scheduled report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can create a scheduled report. Select the settings according to your use case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Service Selection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Select the service for which the report should be generated. All<\/strong> includes all resources under the account, Live Stream<\/strong> generates reports only for live streams, Push Zones<\/strong> generates reports for push zones in the account, and Pull Zones<\/strong> generates reports for pull zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Filters (Live Stream \/ Push Zones \/ Pull Zones)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Select a specific Live Stream<\/strong>, Push Zone<\/strong>, or Pull Zone<\/strong> if you want the report for a particular resource.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If no selection is made, the report will include data for all resources under the chosen service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Data Format<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Select the format of the report. Two options are available: Human Readable<\/strong> for a simple and easy-to-understand format, and Raw Format<\/strong> for detailed data used for analysis or export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Schedule Type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This setting determines how often the report will be generated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Daily<\/strong>: Every day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Weekly<\/strong>: Once per week<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fortnightly<\/strong>: Every 15 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monthly<\/strong>: Once per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Onetime<\/strong>: Generated only once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If you choose one-time report generation, you need to specify the time period for which you want to generate the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There will be a system-generated report name<\/strong>. If you want, you can enable the custom name option and provide your own name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Notify sub-account user:<\/strong> Enable this and select the sub-accounts to notify sub-account users when the report is ready<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once the configuration is complete, click on Generate Individual Report<\/strong> to generate the usage report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Report Generation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • After creating a scheduled report, it may take some time to generate, depending on the interval selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To manage or view reports:\n
          \n
        1. Click the Manage<\/strong> button next to the scheduled report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Click View Runs<\/strong> to see completed runs based on the scheduled intervals.\n

            • For one-time reports, only one run will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
