Please check the following conditions

 

  • In the case of auto transcoding, We will be supporting the following file extensions only ‘avi’,’m4v’,’mkv’,’mov’,’mp4′,’mpeg’,’mpg’,’webm’,’wmv’. Kindly double-check the source file extension.
  • If any issue with the transcoding server, the transcoding may stop without completion. So you can delete the transcoded file from the file manager and re-transcode the same.
  • If you still facing the issue then you can contact our support team via Live Chat or Support Ticket.
