Suppose, if you have ordered a plan consisting of 2TB bandwidth at the beginning of January. In between the month, you have decided to downgrade the bandwidth to 1TB. In this case, the bandwidth will be downgraded to 1TB instantly and you will not get the credits back to your account.

To avoid this confusion, we recommend downgrading the service at the beginning of a month. So that our billing team can adjust the invoice of the month based on the downgrade.
