How to Stream with VLC

To stream via VLC:

1. Open VLC → Media → Stream
2. Add source (file, webcam, or network)
3. Choose “Stream” → Set destination (RTMP, HTTP, etc.)
4. Start streaming
   Used for quick and simple broadcasting or playback tests.
