What should I do if my video isn’t playing after using VOD Pull?
The video and audio codec must match and be compatible with HLS to convert the MP4 into HLS format successfully. Currently, we only support AAC audio codec; EAC3 is not supported at the moment. Ensure that your video files are encoded with AAC audio codec to ensure compatibility with our VOD Pull product.
